2. How do I know which size face mask to order?
We currently have 2 different sizes in stock.  Adult and Children’s.  Children’s masks are made to fit children from 4-12 years of age.

3. What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Diners Club and China UnionPay 

4. What if I have a question regarding the shipment of my order?

5. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed and shipped the next day.  

6. Can I order just 1 mask instead of 6?
All orders placed on the Impact Apparel are a minimum of 6 masks.  If you would like to place orders for a single mask, please visit our sister site at https://imaginegearcompany.com/.  However, please note that the variety of selection will be less than that of which is available by Impact Apparel.

7. How should I wash my mask?
Please note that ONLY the 3-Ply Cotton Masks should be washed.  Disposable Masks should never be washed, but should be disposed of once they are soiled.  Your 3-Ply Cotton Mask is machine washable with regular laundry detergent and warm water.  Our masks are also dryer friendly.
